Pathways
Pathways’ is about finding beauty in the mundane. During 2021 I spent a lot of time exploring my local neighbourhood walks. It seemed like that was all we were able to do during multiple lockdowns. I found that even in my neighbourhood of Henderson I found places that gave me inspiration, and a sense of adventure. These local spaces provided space for me to clear my mind when it all just felt overwhelming, gave me creative energy and inspiration as an artist that could feel momentum slow for work. I feel like this is one thing that we all have in common and it’s finding those little moments of peace when things are out of your control. Here is my little take on creating something out of that space. My hope is that it’s reflective and creates some sense of peace for you at this time of year.
