Young Creatives Art Course

After school art workshops for children, to be held at Te Manawa Community Hub. Taught by local Massey mother who is keen to get established as a “start-up” business in running children’s art therapy workshops. Katrina is an accountant by profession and current work, but has seen the benefits of her workshops when teaching her children and friends children so she would like to grow the idea/dream.

This is a 5 week course for children aged 5—10 years to learn basic artistic skills, all materials provided. Friday 31 July—28 August 2020.

Two sessions available
5—7 year olds 3.45pm—4.30pm
8—10 year olds 4.45pm—5.30pm

We are currently supporting Katrina to establish her creative enterprise in teaching creative workshops for children.  We also introduced Katrina to other sources of funding she can apply to. Together we applied to Creative Communities Scheme and were successful in receiving the full funding request to deliver the workshops.
